Trade the firm's money. Two hours a day.
I'm Dhruv Tangri, a funded NQ futures trader. I'll show you how to trade with a prop firm's capital instead of your own savings, from anywhere in the world, in the first two hours after the market opens.
You don't need thousands to start
Most people think trading takes a big account. With a proprietary trading firm (prop firm), you trade the firm's capital. You pay a small fee to take an evaluation, prove you can follow their rules, and then trade a funded account and keep most of the profits.
Your savings on the line
- Need thousands of dollars to trade NQ properly
- Every loss comes out of your own pocket
- A bad week can wipe out years of savings
The firm's capital
- Start with an evaluation fee, not a large deposit
- Get access to accounts worth $50K, $100K or more
- Your risk is limited to the fee if you fail
- Keep most of the profits you make
Pick a firm
Choose a futures prop firm like Topstep and an account size that fits your goals.
Pass the evaluation
Hit a profit target while staying inside the daily loss and drawdown limits.
Get funded
Once you pass, you trade a funded account with the firm's money.
Get paid
Request payouts on your profits. The firm keeps a small share; you keep the rest.
Fees, rules and profit splits vary by firm and change over time. Always read the firm's current terms before signing up.
Real payouts, real accounts
These are payouts I've received from two prop firms, Topstep and MyFundedFutures. I didn't fund these accounts with thousands of my own dollars. I passed the evaluations and got paid.
Payouts are not guaranteed and past results don't predict future results.
Done by 11:30 AM Eastern
The NASDAQ futures market moves the most right after the New York stock market opens. That's when I trade: from 9:30 to 11:30 AM Eastern Time. Two focused hours, then I'm done for the day.
You don't need to quit your job or watch charts all day. You need a plan, a routine, and those two hours.
And it doesn't matter where you live. If you have a laptop and an internet connection, you can trade from anywhere in the world.
- Review the plan: key levels, news, and bias for the day
- Market opens. Wait for the setup, then execute
- Stop trading. Journal the session
- The rest of the day is yours
Hi, I'm Dhruv
I've been trading for about three years, focused on NASDAQ-100 futures (NQ and MNQ) through funded prop firm accounts at Topstep and MyFundedFutures. I've received payouts, and I'm still working to scale up, so you'll see the real process, not a highlight reel.
I'm also a finance major in college. I study the markets in class and trade them every morning.
I started Tangri Trades to help people get into trading the smart way: without risking their savings, and with a routine that fits around the rest of their life.
